C-band Services


The C band was one of the first bands to be used for satellite communication. The C Band frequencies ranging from 3.7-4.2 GHz horizontal polarization for downlinks and 5.9-6.4 GHz vertical polarization for uplinks. It requires a larger dish (1.8M Antenna minimum) but is less prone to weather disturbances in torrential rain fall areas.

Dedicated service – Our C-band dedicated internet solution is suitable for companies that require high and continues quality of service for real time application. We also provide SCPC uplink which is more suitable for banking, latency sensitive applications.

Shared service – This is more suitable for corporates and large NGO’s who require good and reliable connectivity. The contention ratio applies for this service with high performance to meet the business requirement.


Ku-band Services


The Ku-Band frequencies ranging from 11.7 to 12.7GHz. The high band frequency, Ku-Band requires a much smaller and cheaper satellite dish and equipment to receive and transmit signal, compared to C-Band. Ku-Band makes use of a much stronger and more focused signal, generally the Ku-band service is not affected by interference from other signals operating on other free frequencies which are common in all parts of the World.

Dedicated - This service is suitable for companies that require high and continues quality of service for applications such as Voice over IP (VOIP) or video conferencing

Standard – This service is suitable for corporate profile and large NGO’s who require good and reliable connectivity, depending on the region the antenna size can be 1.2M lowering the Capex.

Entry – This service is suitable for customers who require a cost effective satellite internet solution for small offices with 3 or 4 computers. Depending on the region the antenna size can be 1.2M lowering the Capex.


Ka-band Services


The Ka band service primarily works on spot beams and is more suitable for locations where there is no reliable 3G, 4G, other forms of Internet. Similar to a mobile phone contract, the Ka band volume service is based on an overall monthly data limit. With low size of antenna, ranging from 0.74 m to 1 m the cost of initial investment is as low as $300. All services are provided via the online platform with our lowest price per Mbps ever.


Cellular Backhaul


The increase in use of smartphones and mobile devices across the entire world means that Mobile Network Operators are faced with the challenge of cost effectively extending their voice and data networks into rural areas. Satellite backhaul makes it feasible to offer cellular services in areas that are impossible, expensive to reach using traditional terrestrial means, such as fiber, cable or microwave.
